When two muslims meet they greet each other with one saying “Allsalamualaikum” and the reply from the other “Mualikumsalam”
Meanings; “Peace be upon you” reply “And upon you be Peace!”
Wah lau eh! like this also can meh?
Maybe Prophet Muhammad spoke Hokkien?
The origin of Allsalamualaikum and Mualikumsalam is not Middle Eastern, it's Hokkien!!
Why corruption in Malaysia will never be eradicated! Because when officials meet, they remind one another:
Official A says: "'Wa salah Lu Mai Kong" (Allsalamualaikum)
Official B replies: "Wa Mai Kong Lu salah"(Mualaikumsalam) So now we know the origin of Allsalmualaikum and Mualikumsalam is not Middle Eastern, it's Hokkien!!
